AI Creation Service Agreement

Welcome to the Picsman AI Creation Service (Hereinafter referred to as "this service")! Here, you can generate creative works in different styles using various AI creation tools. The AI creation service provides users with technical services to "generate images based on text, images, or a combination of text and images." Users can upload images or enter different descriptive texts, and the model will generate specific images for them. This service includes but is not limited to AI art fields such as painting, text, and video.

By using this service, you agree to this service agreement. If you disagree with any part or all of the terms in this agreement during your review, please stop using our services immediately. This agreement is between Picsman (i.e.PICSMAN INC, hereinafter referred to as "Picsman" or "the platform") and AI creation users (hereinafter referred to as "you"). It is legally binding and applies to all activities you engage in while using this service. These rules are an annex to the "Terms of Use" and the "Privacy Policy" and have the same legal effect. In the event of a conflict between this annex and the "Terms of Use" and the "Privacy Policy", these rules shall prevail. For matters not mentioned in these rules, the "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy" shall apply.

I. How we use your personal information

When you enter the activity page and start using this service, you will need to upload your image. The facial images you upload for this activity will only be used for this service; after you close the activity page, Picsman will not retain the images you have uploaded.

Picsman will make every effort to use the content you grant within a reasonable, necessary, and explicit scope according to these rules and statements. Your necessary authorization and consent do not change the ownership of the portrait rights, nor do they affect your legal use of your portrait rights.

The AI works you generate using the AI creation service are limited to personal entertainment, learning, research, or appreciation purposes and may not be used for any commercial purposes.

You acknowledge and understand that all content generated by this service is created by an artificial intelligence model. Picsman makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or functionality of the generated content, and the generated content does not represent the attitudes or views of Picsman. Picsman's service is based on information accumulated from sources allowed by laws and regulations, including but not limited to publicly available internet sources, and has undergone continuous automatic and manual filtering of sensitive data. However, some information may still have flaws, be unreasonable, or cause discomfort. If this occurs, we welcome and thank you for reporting through the contact information provided on this platform.

V. How to update this agreement

Unless otherwise provided by these rules, Picsman has the right to change, interrupt, or terminate the activity page based on business judgment. Unless otherwise provided by other rules or documents, Picsman does not bear any responsibility for the corresponding changes, interruptions, or terminations.
