I. Get a Refund
When you subscribe to our service for the first time, you will get a 3 day free trial period for testing our functions. If you are not satisfied with the service you buy, you can cancel the subscription within 3 days and get a full refund. If it has been subscribed for more than 3 days, the payment fee for subscription fee cannot be refunded.
II. Cancelling Your Subscription
Picsman PRO is a monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions will automatically renew on the expiration date unless canceled before your next billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling your subscription, your subscription will continue until the next billing date.
(i) Purchase from the website
If you purchase from our website, you can cancel your subscription through the following steps:
1. Open the website homepage and click your profile photo in the upper right corner.
2. Click the "Your Subscribe" button to enter your subscription page.
3. Click the "Cancel Subscribe" button.
4. After confirming your subscription information, click the "Cancel" button and your subscription will be cancelled.
(ii) Purchase from the APP
If you purchased from our APP, you can cancel your subscription according to the methods provided by Apple and Google Play:
